There are many services that can help with mental health and wellbeing. Anything from yoga to running, from groups to social networks, and not forgetting sitting down with friends for a cup of tea, has been found to be good for the mind. Physical Activity and Healthy Eating can also play a huge part in your mental health and you may find it helpful to look at those services in your area as well.

Talking therapies involve a professional therapist who will listen and help you through any issues you have but there are many different types. Support groups are another service that help many people, they involve a number of people who meet to discuss different topics and provide support for each other.

Find somewhere new to visit. Shropshire is a beautiful place with lots of interesting sights to see.
Try writing down all the things you need to get done and aiming to do a few each day instead of leaving them until the last minute.
