This class consists of three main activities: Breathing exercises help focus and calm the mind and release stress.  Gentle Yoga exercises and sequences: some whilst standing, some chair based and if appropriate lying on a mat.  This exercise is tailored to progressively stretch and strenghten the body, helping the body function more effectively. A 30min Relaxation technique called Yoga Nidra is used, helping the body and mind refresh.
